GEOFLEX: A limestone-based rubber that is engineered to provide maximum flexibility for an unparalleled fit and is kinder to mother nature.
HYDRASILK: The next generation nylon, is a silky-smooth material that creates a hydrophobic (rejects H20) barrier. This barrier minimizes how much water is absorbed into its rubber core and protects against wind, keeping you warmer and drier, while making the suit lighter and longer-lasting. Plus it makes you feel all buttery inside.
SUSTAINABILITY: Each Geoflex wetsuit is Fair Trade certified, and contains reclaimed rubber tires, recycled neoprene, and water-based glue (solvent-free). For additional information on our eco-efforts, click here: Sustainability

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
LIMESTONE BASED NEOPRENE
We use earth mined limestone to replace petrochemicals in our neoprene which reduces the environmental impact. Limestone neoprene is also more durable so you don't have it replace it as fast.
ECO CARBON BLACK
Carbon Black, one of the key ingredients of limestone neoprene, is now made from recycled rubber tires. This significantly reduces energy consumption and cuts CO2 emission by 200g per wetsuit.
WATER BASED GLUE
Solvent-based laminating glue has been turned into water based glue eliminating harmful compounds (VOCs). 600g of solvent/VOCs have been eliminated per wetsuit with the use of water based glue.
NEOPRENE RECYCLING PROCESS
We recycle as much limestone neoprene production waste as possible and turn them into qualified products, thus minimizing the waste that goes into the landfill.
BLUESIGN SYSTEM PARTNER
Powered by a holistic approach, BLUESIGN traces each textile’s path along the manufacturing process, making improvements at every stage from factory floor to finished product. BLUESIGN changes the environmental impact of textiles for good.
